purlin roll forming machine for both C & Z purlins. Size changing is full automatic, few minutes! One machine for two Z shapes!
C and Z purlin roll forming machine adopts a special structure. The rollers for C & Z are changed very quickly without dismantle any parts. 
It is comprised of mechanical expansion decoiler (passive drive, capacity 5tons), feeding & leveling device, pre-punching device (two punching cylinders), pre-cutting device, main forming unit, PLC control system (PLC, touch screen, inverter are from Japan), hydraulic station, manual run-out rack (suitable for 6 meters).
